Municipal chancery

The municipal chancery is the contact point between the municipal administration and local residents, ensuring external communication through contact at the help desk, over the telephone, by email, etc.

 

This is the office that provides information on the municipal administration and, if applicable, directs people to the relevant offices.

 

The municipal chancery carries out a wide range of duties, including:

 

  • managing daily correspondence addressed to the municipal council
  • implementing or arranging the implementation of municipal council or town council decisions
  • coordinating information between the administrative services
  • coordinating work requiring the intervention of several services
  • publishing items on the municipal noticeboard
  • providing public information to local residents
  • managing the cemetery
  • managing naturalisation procedures
  • authenticating the signatures of natural persons domiciled in the municipality in the presence of the municipal secretary or authorised persons
  • issuing hunting and fishing licences
  • issuing public car parking season tickets
  • filing municipal acts
